Introduction

The Wright Patton Shakespeare No. 2 Mortgage Fund (No. 2 Fund) is a pooled mortgage fund launched in 2006 and currently operating as a non-liquid fund. As a result, the No.2 Fund is closed to new investment applications.

Having favourably weathered the global financial crisis, the No.2 Fund is currently in the process of converting its assets to cash and is progressively returning capital to unit holders.

Since inception, the No. 2 Fund has maintained an unbroken record of making distribution payments to unit holders and continues to do so.
